WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY RESERVATION?

We understand the need for flexibility when “life happens”. YOU can reschedule/cancel reservations up to 24 hours prior to start of rental period and receive studio credit to use towards a future rental with no additional charge.

Changes to reservations can be made from the initial confirmation email. Scroll to the bottom of the confirmation email and click the change/cancel appointment button to make the appropriate adjustments.

if you need to Reschedule / Cancel within the 24 hour period you will have to book a new appointment and the initial payment is forfeited.  *no refunds will be given*

when can i arrive to my session?

Please ensure that you include all setup and clean up time within the amount of time booked. you may arrive 10 minutes before your reservation starts and must be out by the ending time. please be respectful of other photographers/guests in the space.

what if my session runs over?

Please book enough time to set up, shoot in the space, and clean up after your shoot. This includes returning all props and furniture back to the way you found them. We ask that you be mindful of the reservation starting after you.


An overtime fee will automatically be charged to the card on file at a rate of $35 for renters staying 10+ minutes over ther time. if you need to extend your session, please contact 469-412-0214 to check availability!


Will I have access to wifi? bluetooth speakers?

YES! wifi, bluetooth information, and the studio access code will be provided in the text you will receive the morning of your rental!

is parking free?

yes, we have ample parking spots for free directly in front of the building
